Delete your Behind the Wall account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the game

1. Open the game and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account…
3. Press Delete forever.

The account is deleted immediately.

Without the game

Email support@behindthewallgame.com with the subject “Delete my account” and your player name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted

• Your player name and password.
• Both of your squads (vs bot and online).
• Your rating, your place in the leaderboard and your Hall of fame entries.
• Your sign-in and game event log (device model, IP address, match events, performance data).
• On your device: the saved squads, the unfinished battle and the squad presets of that account.

What is kept

• Records of rated online matches you played keep only a random player ID with no name, so that your opponent's rating stays correct. Nothing in them points to you once the account is gone.
• Server backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted. Your data disappears from them by then.
